If you wish to return the products you purchased because you are not happy or do not fully satisfy you, you are entitled to do so within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order. In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the products. The company is not responsible for damages that may arise in the products during the return process. Immediately upon receipt of the products for return and after making sure that their packaging is in excellent condition and that the product has been sold by our company, we will contact you with a representative so that you can arrange the way you wish, in order for you to return the money. The refund will be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned product from our company. If you want to return products that have a problem with their operation and are covered by a warranty, then the product and its support department will be contacted and will inform you about the repair of the product or its replacement – if this is not repaired. This is not the case if the problem product is covered by a warranty directly from the manufacturer or its agent.
